Raindrops
The rain drips from the eaves
A little choir of drops
plopping into puddles
theirs the loudest sound
in this peaceful
uninhabited place,

In no time at all,
the patrons will be back,
and the merchants
and magicians,
and musicians,
bringing with them
all their bustle
and their joyous noise

But for now,
The rain drips from the eaves.
